Bairco Construction, Inc. constructed the Cooke City Administrative Facility for the U.S. Forest Service. The project consisted of constructing a 3,400 square foot facility, site electrical rehabilitation, water/sewer system construction, renovations to an existing historical cabin, structural reinforcements on an existing metal shop and construction of campsites and RV Parking pads with hookups.
The work was performed during Cooke City’s very short window of fair weather. The project was substantially completed in one season with only some minor touch ups to exterior painting the following season.
